US govt. must take action against Ijaz: Malik
ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik Monday said that Mansoor Ijaz had attacked Pakistan and defamed the military.He asked the United States government to take action against Mansoor Ijaz.
Malik said this while talking to media after a meeting held at Interior Ministry regarding law and order situation in Muharram.
Malik said Husain Haqqani's name would be put on the ECL if they received written order of the Supreme Court.
He said legal branch of the Interior Minister has been directed to collect evidences, adding that Interpol will also be approached for further investigation.
Rehman Malik said PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif should also approach Supreme Court on Mansoor Ijaz issue.
Rehman Malik said Pakistan's decision for not participating in Bonn conference was in accordance with the aspiration of people. (Geo Urdu/APP)
