Ahsan says it was not necessary to make Ahmed Kasuri party in the ZAB reference case


ISLAMABAD: The courts assistant in the Bhutto reference case Aitzaz Ahsan said on Monday that it was not necessary to make Ahmed Raza Kasuri a party in the case, Geo News reported.

Speaking to the media outside the Supreme Court, Ahsan said the lawyers’, Babar Awan and Attorney General unanimously decided that if
Kasuri was made a party in the case no harm would come from it.

During hearing of the Bhutto reference case the Supreme Court had issued a notice to Kasuri.
