Time has come for rulers to go: Nawaz

CHISHTIAN: PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif said on Thursday that such large-scale corruption had never been witnessed in the past and that the time was ripe for the exit of the rulers as they had made the country suffer due to their incompetence. Addressing a public gathering, he said that due to the government’s ineffective policies, price-hike, unemployment, shortage of gas and corruption had played havoc with the lives of the citizens. He claimed that the country had never undergone such turmoil in the past, adding that the present situation in the country was unacceptable and that his party would support the people by winning the next elections. He warned the people to be wary of certain political figures who were out to dupe them. Expressing his concerns over the economic situation, the PML-N leader said that the people were starving, but the government had no time to bother, adding that the countrymen would not tolerate such a situation and that a nuclear state was being made to beg. Nawaz expressed his resolve to hold another long march to bring about a revolution in the country and claimed that he would work with the people to form a new Pakistan. “For the restoration of the judges, we held a long march and restored them. Nawaz does not listen to anyone, he only hearkens to the public. We will provide jobs to ten to twenty lakh youth,” he added. inp
