SHC forms new bench to hear ECL case

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has formed a new judicial bench to hear the application for the removal of Pervez Musharraf’s name from the Exit Control List. Sindh High Court Chief Justice Baqar Ali has named justices Naimatullah Phalphuto and Sajjad Ali Shah for the upcoming hearing of the case scheduled on December 9. Pervez Musharraf had sought removal of his name from the ECP after being granted bail in all of the cases. online
