Safar moon sighted
KARACHI: The Safar moon has been sighted and today (Thursday) would be the first of Safar. This was announced by Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee Chairman Mufti Munibur Rehman after presiding over a meeting of the committee on Wednesday. app
