Turkish PM coming on Dec 23
ISLAMABAD: Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayip Erdogan is due to pay a two-day visit to Islamabad on the invitation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif from December 23.
Foreign Office spokesman Aizaz Chaudhry confirmed that the Turkish prime minister will be in Pakistan on December 23 and 24, accompanied by a delegation of businessmen, investors and the first lady.
The focus of the visit is to promote bilateral cooperation, particularly in the areas of trade, energy and investment. The two countries are due to ink memoranda of understanding and trade and investment agreements. inp
