Will continue demonstrations for transparent elections: Imran
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman, Imran Khan said demonstrations would continue for transparent elections in the country.
Khan told reporters during a news conference that seven months had passed and the process of thumbprint verification for votes in four constituencies had not been completed. Khan said the government was creating hurdles for the election tribunal.
In response to US Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel warning Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif that the US could stop aid if Pakistan failed to ensure security for the Nato supply route, Khan said there was a lesson which should be learned from this statement.
