Former CJ Chaudhry facing threats, seeks security and bullet-proof vehicle

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s former Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry says he is facing threats and has requested to be provided full proof security and a bullet-proof vehicle.

According to sources, the interior ministry has directed IGP Islamabad to provide security to the former chief justice. The interior ministry has also written to the cabinet division for providing the bullet-proof vehicle.

Sources add that the interior ministry has directed that fool proof security and a bullet-proof vehicle be provided to former Chief Justice Chaudhry on a priority basis.
