Sindh opposition ready for ‘grand alliance’ against PPP

KARACHI: The opposition parties in Sindh have decided to make a grand electoral alliance for the upcoming local government elections. Meanwhile, the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) have also decided to table a resolution against the latest local government ordinance.
These decisions were taken in a meeting of opposition parties at the residence of PML-N's leader in the Sindh Assembly, Irfanullah Marwat.
