Operational readiness hallmark of PAF: air chief

ISLAMABAD: Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt said on Saturday that operational readiness is the hallmark of Pakistan Air Force (PAF).
The air chief marshal said this while visiting an operational air base of Southern Air Command, said a press release.
Upon his arrival at the base, he was presented with guard of honour by a smartly turned out contingent. The visit was undertaken with a purpose to assess the operational assets and facilities at the various squadrons and installations at the base.
Interacting with the airmen, the air chief appreciated their level of motivation in performing the assigned tasks.
“We must remain focused and make dedicated efforts as a team to keep the Pakistan Air Force in high state of operational readiness.”
The air chief said, “God rewards those, both in this life and in the life hereafter, who make sincere efforts for the betterment and glory of their motherland.”
