Pakistan denounces drone attack in North WaziristanISLAMABAD: Pakistan has strongly condemned the drone attack carried out in North Waziristan on Thursday morning which left at least three people dead.
During a weekly press briefing here Thursday, the Foreign Office Spokesperson Tasneem Aslam demanded an end to drone attacks, which she said are in violation of the international laws.
To a question‚ she said that Pakistan welcomes the statement of the Indian Minister for External Affairs in which he stated problems between the two countries can be resolved through dialogue.
Replying to another query‚ the spokesperson says that nuclear cooperation between Pakistan and China is for peaceful purposes and in accordance with the laws of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
