FIA registers Imran Farooq murder case against Altaf Hussain
ISLAMABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has registered Dr Imran Farooq murder case against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain in Pakistan.
Muhammad Anwar, Iftikhar Hussain and Moazzam Ali Khan, Khalid Shamim, Kashif Khan, Kamran and Syed Mohsin Ali have also been nominated in the case.
The case was registered by Counter Terrorism Cell of the FIA. The anti-terrorism clauses have also been included.
The case has been registered by the Government of Pakistan under Section 302 (premeditated murder) of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA).
