Bomb blast at Nadra office in Mardan claims 12 lives, 40 injured
APPPESHAWAR – Twelve persons were killed and around 40 were injured due to a bomb blast outside Nadra office at Dosarah chowk in Mardan district on Tuesday.
According to Police, the explosive device was apparently planted in a motor cycle which went off with a big bang outside the Nadra office killing 12 persons and injuring around 40 persons.
At time of blast, there were big rush of people in Nadra office and there is fear of increase in figure of casualties, said a Police official performing duty on the spot.
The injured are rushed to District Headquarters Hospital while the serious injured will be shifted to Lady Reading Hospital of Peshawar.
