ISLAMABAD: All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) leader and Jammu and Kashmir National Front Chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan has denounced the petitioning of black law “Public Safety Act” (PSA) on prisoners and lodging them in jails outside the Valley.

According to Kashmir’s Media Services (KMS) Nayeem Ahmad Khan, in a statement issued in Srinagar condemned the ongoing mass arrest spree by Indian agencies across the territory, saying "It seems that the puppet regime has started a war against the people of Kashmir in order to oppress their movement."

The APHC leader asked the “puppet” authorities to acknowledge that they could not crush or suppress the aspirations of the Kashmiri people by killing, torturing, victimizing and imprisoning them. “By their priceless sacrifices and by exhibiting their dedication towards freedom, Kashmiri people have morally defeated the Indian state," he added. Now India has started victimizing common people through police and other agencies to crush their sentiments and aspirations, he said.
