Factory collapse: Owners expected to be placed on ECL
LAHORE: The names of the owners of the pharmaceutical factory which collapsed due to a boiler explosion have been sent to the Interior Ministry to be placed on the Exit Control List (ECL).According to the police, the names of the factory’s Jamshed and Zaffar will be placed on the ECL to stop them from leaving the country.
Their pictures have also been sent to airports across the country.
