PPP top brass discusses political situation

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani chaired a meeting of some federal ministers and senior leadership of the party at the Presidency on Wednesday. Briefing about the meeting, the president’s spokesman Farhatullah Babar said that the meeting reviewed the current situation in the country and discussed ways and means of coping with the various challenges faced by the party and the government. The meeting called for a paradigm shift in the policy to provide relief to the common man. app
