Pakistan revises visa policy
ISLAMABAD: According to Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik, Pakistan has changed its visa policy with immediate effect, Geo News reported.
Malik briefed reporters on this development here in Islamabad.
The new visa laws bind all the foreign travelers to have their visas extended/reissued after returning home, whereas existing visas could be renewed till March 15, 2012.
A task force headed by Additional Secretary had been instituted to design a new visa policy.
He warned all the resident/visiting foreigners to apply for new visas in their respective homelands or else they would be deported after March 15.
