US resolution on Balochistan against UN charter: Hina Rabbani Khar
ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar strongly criticizing the US congressional resolution on Balochistan on Saturday, termed it a violation of United Nations charter and international laws, Geo News reported.In a statement issued from the Foreign Ministry, Rabbani described the resolution as an individual act of a certain group of people and 'it is against the basis of Pakistan-US relationship'.
She said the National Assembly had already denounced the US congressional debate on Balochistan, terming 'this irresponsible and unfriendly move' as an effort to trigger mistrust among peoples of both the countries.
"This sort of resolution that reeks of a particular mindset will not get support from the majority of the US congress which is in favor of amicable relations with Pakistan," the Foreign Minister said.
