Attempt to sabotage talks will be taken as enmity: Ch Nisar
ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan Sunday said any external attempt to sabotage the dialogue process will be considered as hostility against Pakistan.
According to sources, the Interior Minister was speaking to Maulana Samiul Haq, leader of the Taliban committee for peace talks.
Ch Nisar inquired from the Maulana what was causing a delay in the Taliban committee’s return form North Waziristan, as it was scheduled to make its way back today.
Maulana Sami said the participants of the meeting between the committee and the Taliban commanders in North Waziristan are repeatedly forced to change venue due to the drones that are constantly flying across the sky over the area.
A statement issued by the Interior Minister, Chaudhry Nisar made a telephonic contact with Maulana Samiul Haq and expressed satisfaction over the progress of the ongoing dialogue process.
