Target operation diverted against MQM, claims Altaf
LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has claimed that the ongoing targeted operation against the criminals in Karachi has been diverted against his party.
Talking to the party's Coordination Committee, The MQM supremo said that no activists of any other political parties were extra-judicially killed except of MQM's workers.
He further claimed that the MQM is only party whose activists are missing.
Altaf said that one third areas of the metropolis are under control of the banned Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
No workers of political parties including Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Awami National Party (ANP) are in jail, he added.
