Imran asks govt to expose those conspiring against dialogue
INP
LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has demanded that the government expose the forces that are conspiring against the dialogue process. Speaking at a reception, he said that Pakistan will not be able to frame and implement independent internal and external policies until it gets out of the influence of foreign powers. He said that rulers by obeying the American orders have destroyed the country. Imran Khan said that his party would not remain silent over the rigging of elections. He said that after the hearing of a petition in the Supreme Court on March 2, the PTI would announce its next course of action. The PTI chief said that people were ready to take to streets because the PML-N government had given them nothing except increase in terrorist activities, price hike and unemployment. Imran Khan said that present rulers were trying to save their government instead of protecting the country and in no case they would annoy the United States. He warned that if the government went for an operation in Waziristan on the desire of the US, its consequences would be against the interest of the country. He said that had he been at the seat of Nawaz Sharif, he would himself have led the negotiating team.
