Probe to ascertain where FC personnel were killed: FO
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Foreign Office informed on Thursday that an investigation is currently underway to ascertain when and where 23 Frontier Corps (FC) personnel were martyred and if necessary, Afghan government would be contacted too, Geo News reported.
During the weekly news briefing, Foreign Office spokesperson Tasneem Aslam said Pakistan is facing threats on its eastern and western borders.
The spokesperson added that Pakistan will contact Afghan government if the incident of FC personnel killing has occurred in Afghanistan.
Moreover, the officials of Pakistan and Iran would meet again today over the abduction of five Iranian guards.
