PM moves summary for Jhagra’s appointment as KP Governor
ISLAMABAD: The Presidency on Wednesday received a summary seeking appointment of Iqbal Zafar Jhagra as Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to sources, the summary was moved by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
The position of KP Governor fell vacant after Sardar Mehtab Abbasi resigned earlier this month.
Sources said that Abbasi decided to step down as KP Governor, as he wanted to take part in the parliamentary politics.
