Orange Line train project won’t harm heritage sites: Shahbaz
LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif Wednesday dispelled the impression that Orange Line Metro train project could be detrimental for the heritage sites, saying all necessary measures will be adopted for protection of the historical places.
“The project will enable the citizens to travel in a respectable manner,” Shahbaz Sharif said while speaking to Chinese Consul General Yu Born who called on him here.
The CM said that the provision of funds by China for Orange Line metro Train is an important milestone.
He said that the Orange Line Metro Train project will provide modern and swift transportation facilities to the people.
