MQM delegation likely to meet PM Friday
KARACHI: A delegation of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) is expected to meet Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif on Friday during his visit to Karachi and convey the party’s grievances to him.
According to sources, the Prime Minister will assure the MQM delegation of taking steps over the demands and grievances of the party.
Earlier, an MQM delegation was scheduled to call on the Prime Minister in Islamabad but the meeting could not be held due to the PM’s visit to Azad Kashmir.
Sources said the PM House informed the MQM leadership that the premier is undertaking a trip to Karachi and hoped the meeting will be held there.
