Imran thanks Gen Raheel for granting land for hospital
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf chairman Imran Khan on Sunday thanked Chief of the Army Staff General Raheel Sharif for granting land in DHA Karachi for cancer hospital.
“Want to thank COAS General Raheel for helping SKMTH by granting land in DHA Karachi for the hospital,” he tweeted.
The cricketer-turned politician established Pakistan’s first cancer hospital in Lahore after retiring from international cricket.
Last year, the PTI chairman established the Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital in Peshawar while work on Karachi facility is also underway.
