Joint resistance leadership announces to observe 'Kashmir Resistance Day'

ISLAMABAD: Joint resistance leadership, comprising of Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik, has announced to observe Kashmir Resistance Day on Friday.

In a statement in Srinagar, the leadership called for a complete shutdown in order to protest the biased death sentence decision by a court in Kolkata against Muzaffar Ahmad Rather of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.

The statement said that protesting against injustice, oppression and aggression is a just right of the Kashmiris, while urging international community to play its role in saving Kashmiris from onslaught of India and its judiciary.
