FIA freezes foreign currency accounts of Kazmi
ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigative Agency (FIA) has sealed off foreign currency account of former Minister for Religious Affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi, Geo News reported on Monday.
According to sources, former religious minister has many foreign currency accounts, carrying thousands pounds and dollars, in various banks of Multan.
Talking to Geo News, former minister Kazmi has confirmed his foreign currency accounts in the banks.
Earlier, he had denied the presence of accounts. The FIA forensic experts in collaboration with State Bank investigated into the matter and have frozen them.
