JI announces nationwide protest on Jan 6
LAHORE: Jamat-e-Islami has announced to launch a nationwide protest against skyrocketing inflation, CNG closure, and gas/power loadshedding from Jan 6, Geo News reported.Jamat-e-Islami’s secretary general, Liaqat Baloch, in a statement issued said that ruling alliance’s ill polices have buried the masses alive.
He said, Pakistan Peoples Party, so far, had only given rise to poverty, joblessness, and frustration in the country.
Baloch also demanded of the Supreme Court to take a suo moto notice of fertilizer scandal.
