Memo Commission seeks Blackberry record
ISLAMABAD: The three member judicial commission tasked with probing memogate has sought the record of Blackberry messages exchanged between Husain Haqqani and Mansoor Ijaz from the company which makes the smart phone.Meanwhile commenting on who would represent DG ISI Shuja Pasha, the Attorney General said it was up to Pasha who he selected as his lawyer.
The commission was set up by the Supreme Court when it ruled that petitions in the memo case were maintainable.
Chief Justice Balochistan High Court, Justice Qazi Faez Esa, Chief Justice IHC Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rehman and Chief Justice SHC Justice Mushir Alam are members of the commission.
