Rallies in Balochistan in support of PPPStaff Report
QUETTA: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and People’s Student Federation (PSF) held rallies in different parts of Balochistan on Thursday in support of the PPP Co-Chairman President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani. PPP workers took out the rally from Saryab Road and marched through areas of the city.
They chanted slogans in favour of the government in front of Quetta Press Club. They were carrying placards and banners inscribed with slogans in support of the present democratic set up. They also blocked the Saryab Road for an hour by setting used tyres on fire disrupting the flow of traffic.
