Angry passenger delays PIA flight at HKIA
HONG KONG: On Friday, a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) ran into trouble when a passenger lost his temper forcing the crew to have him offloaded, Geo News reported.
Details have it that one of the passenger flew off the handle to create a scene when the flight crew urged him to take his seat instead of moving about the gangway disturbing other co-flyers.
Upon repeated warnings, the angry troublemaker stood in the threshold and tried to stop other passengers from coming on board the plane, to this the crew called the Hong Kong airport security to have him offloaded.
The PIA flight # 893 took off for Islamabad about an hour later leaving the disturber behind.
He was later identified to be a Pakistani national.
