Aitzaz Ahsan to defend PM in SC
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Tuesday appointed Aitzaz Ahsan his counsel, and the latter will appear in the next hearing of the NRO case tomorrow (Thursday). Gilani, who has been served a contempt of court notice for failing to implement Supreme Court’s orders, met with Aitzaz Ahsan. “It was agreed that Aitzaz will appear in the SC along with the prime minister on January 19,” prime minister’s spokesperson said. staff report
