US pleased over Pak institutions talks for resolving issues
WASHINGTON: US is pleased as Pakistani institutions are holding talks to overcome political instability in the country, state department said on Wednesday.
During a daily press briefing, US State Departments' spokesperson Victoria Nuland said that all the differences among the Pakistani institutions should be settled through dialogue and within the constitution of Pakistan.
Replying to a question, the spokesperson reiterated US stance that the country would continue to support civilian government in Pakistan. She also supported Pakistan's role for peace talks with Taliban in Afghanistan.
