Sunni Tehreek will become a political party
KARACHI: Sunni Tehreek chief Sarwat Ejaz Qadri announced Sunday conversion of ST into a political party and that it would begin its political activities from March 23, Geo News reported.The Sunni Tehreek (ST) chief was addressing “Jan Nisaran-e-Mustafa Conference” at the Nishtar Park here.
Qadri threatened to besiege Governor House if assassins of party workers were not held and kidnapped activists not recovered. He said two more ST workers have been killed today.
Qadri said if the killers were not arrested ST would besiege Governor House and he himself would lead it.
He said Sunni Tehreek was and is against hereditary politics.
