NewsNon-bailable arrest warrant against Shahurkh Jatoi
KARACHI: A non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued by the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) against Shahrukh Jatoi the main accused in the murder case of Shahzeb Khan.
DIG West Ali Baloch has departed for Dubai to arrest Jatoi. Earlier the ATC gave ten days remand of three accused including Siraj Talpur to the police.
Later, the ATC also issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Sikander Jatoi the father of Shahrukh Jatoi.
During proceedings of the suo moto case pertaining to the murder Shahzeb Khan, the Supreme Court set a January 10 deadline for the arrest of Shahrukh Jatoi.
