RPP case: Police raids to nab former secretaries
LAHORE: Police have conducted raids to arrest four former secretaries, following orders of the Supreme Court in the Rental Power Projects (RPP) case, Geo News reported Tuesday citing police sources.
According to police sources, the raids were carried out at the residences of former secretaries Salman Saddique, Shahid Rafique, Ismail Qureshi and former principal secretary to prime minister Khalid saeed.
Earlier today, the Supreme Court heard the RPP case and directed the authorities concerned to arrest 16 accused including the prime minister after presenting challan within 24 hours.
