SC will continue to dispense justice under all circumstances: CJISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said Wednesday that “dhols (drums)” were being beaten in the city for the court not to hear the (RPP) case.
In an exchange with former Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President during a hearing, the Chief Justice remarked that the court would continue to dispense justice under all circumstances. “Even if the sky falls, the court will continue to dispense justice according to the constitution.”
The Chief Justice added that a Federal Minister was not well versed and was still offering his analysis on Supreme Court orders.
