JI announces to participate in PML-N sit-inLAHORE: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has announced to participate in PML-N sit-in in the federal capital, Geo News reported.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz has announced to stage a sit-in in front of the Parliament House for a stronger and more independent Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
JI welcomed PML-N sit-in during telephonic conversation between Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Liaquat Baloch and announced to fully participate in it.
According to JI, PML-N leader called secretary general Liaquat Baloch and sought names on federal and provincial level for caretaker set up.
Baloch regretted that SC orders, on voters lists verification in Karachi, were being violated.
On this, Nisar said the government is part of this lawlessness.
