NewsTargeted action against terrorists from Friday: Memon
KARACHI: Following the recent wave of violence in Karachi, Information Minister Sindh, Sharjeel Memon Thursday said a large scale targeted action against terrorists will begin in the metropolis from Friday onwards.
Meanwhile Chief Minister Sindh, Qaim Ali Shah has ordered for additional police to be called in to ensure security from various other districts of Sindh.
While speaking to the media, Memon added that the additional police will be deployed to sensitive areas of Karachi to take action against terrorists.
Addressing the issue of violence in Karachi, Memon said that the killings in the metropolis were part of a conspiracy.
