Anti-democracy forces to be defeated: PM
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has said that enemies of democracy would be defeated.
Speaking at an inaugural ceremony of Virtual University Gojar Khan Campus on Thursday, he said that masses would not allow anybody to derail the democratic process in the country and would stand up against any such attempt.
He said that there was independent judiciary and strong media in Pakistan. The prime minister said it was easy to make tall claims but was difficult to materialize them.
Ashraf said that the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) was aware of its destination.
