Musharraf visits Saudi Consulate to condole death of King Abdullah

KARACHI - Former president Pervez Musharraf on Thursday visited Saudi Consulate in Karachi to condole death of King Abdullah bin Abul Aziz. Musharraf transcribed message in the condolence book placed in the Saudi Consulate.

“With the sad demise of His Majesty King Abdullah, we have lost a towering figure on the world stage. The Muslim Ummah has lost a great promoter of their causes, Pakistan has lost a strong benefactor and I personally have lost an elder brother. May Allah shower his choicest blessings on the departed soul. May my condolences be accepted by the entire Saudi nation,” he transcribed.
