Mild intensity earthquake jolts parts of KP

PESHAWAR: An earthquake of mild intensity jolted parts of Khyber Pakthunkhwa (KP) on Sunday but no loss was reported. According to geological wing of PMD, tremors measuring 5.8 on Richter scale were felt in Malakand, Shangla, Swat and adjoining areas. People of the areas rushed out of their homes in panic but no human or property loss was reported from anywhere. The epicentre of the earthquake was stated to be in Bisham mountain range with a depth of 10 km.
