COAS visits Bacha Khan University, Charsadda hospital
CHARSADDA: The Chief of Army Staff, General Raheel Sharif visited Bacha Khan University, where militants martyred at least 19 people on Wednesday.
The Army Chief met the Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and the troops who carried out the operation and killed the terrorists. He also appreciated timely response by the security forces.
Later, Gen. Raheel visited Charsadda hospital and inquired after the health of injured.
He also expressed deep grief over the loss of lives, saying “Our heart goes out to bereaved families of shaheeds (martyrs) for this irreparable loss.”
