Major power breakdown plunges Karachi into darkness
KARACHI: More than 70 percent areas of Karachi plunged into darkness after 500KV transmission line, supplying electricity to the metropolis, tripped near Jamshoro.
According to K-Electric, 500KV high transmission line tripped near Jamshoro around 5:45AM, resulting major areas of Karachi plunged into darkness.
