Pakistan Customs files cases against ISAF undeclared imports

 

LAHORE: The Pakistan Customs has filed cases against the authorities responsible in the International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) charging them of embezzlement in the import of containers and ill statements about their supply items, a private TV channel reported on Wednesday. According to sources, the Customs have filed four cases against the ISAF officials, two cases in Karachi and two in Peshawar, separately. The petitions state that the ISAF authorities imported 51 containers of liquor from January to March 2010 claiming them to be “NATO supplies”, the channel said. daily times monitor
