1.5-ton dead whale hits Hawksbay shore
KARACHI: A dead fish weighing 1.5 ton has shore up at Hawksbay beach, which according to the fishermen, is a whale.The whale was found dead at the coast of Abdur Rehman Goth next to Hawksbay which drew a large crowd of locals who turned up to have a look at the giant fish.
The whale weighs around 1 to 1.5 tons, said experienced fishermen after examining closely.
The local fishermen are of the view that only the liver of the fish is fit consumption while the rest of the body will be left lying on the beach.
