Nawaz condemns govt attitude towards HEC chairman
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz chief Nawaz Sharif has condemned the attitude of the government towards Chairman of the Higher Education Commission, Javed Laghari.He said that the whole nation is proud of the character of Dr Javed Laghari.
He warned the government not to take illegal steps, adding that PML-N would not tolerate such attitude of the government for long time.
Nawaz Sharif, according to the press release issued on Sunday, indicated that the government was trying to make hurdles on the way of HEC chairman. He said that the fake degree holders are being given protection.
He also condemned the arresting of Laghari's brother, Farooq Laghari, and raids at her home.
