Firdous rejects Mukhtar’s Shamsi base statement
LAHORE: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan rejected claims made by Federal Minister for Defence, Ch. Ahmed Mukhtar regarding Shamsi airbase being vacated by US, Geo News reported.She was addressing a meeting at Lahore press club.
“We have told them (US officials) to leave the Shamsi Airbase,” Defence Minister Ahmed Mukhtar said Wednesday while talking to journalists.
