ATC records witness statements in Sarfaraz Shah Murder case
KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Bashir Ahmed Khoso recorded the statements of accuser Salik Shah and the police officer who lodged the FIR in the Sarfaraz Shah murder case, Geo News reported. The other witnesses have been summoned by the court on Tuesday at 10 am.
Witness Salik Shah the brother of Sarfaraz Shah described the details of the incident and identified three accused present in the court.
He informed the court that after he received news of his brother’s death he went to the hospital, police station and protested with his family outside the Chief Minister’s house.
The second witness informed the court of the details in the FIR and answered questions of the defense attorney.
The court will continue its proceedings on Tuesday.
